  The mounted bearing is a type of mechanical component that combines a bearing and an mounting seat. It mainly fixes and supports the rotating shaft and is suitable for transmission, conveying and deceleration devices in both heavy and light industries. Its self-aligning type products can automatically adapt to shaft center deviation (≤3 degrees), featuring high rotational speed, low frictional heat generation and high safety. However, the existing products have problems such as insufficient processing accuracy and easy surface cracking. Typical application scenarios include the winding, unwinding and transmission mechanisms of equipment such as film laminating machines and slitting machines
  The mounted bearing adopts an integrated design of the bearing and the mounting seat. The self-aligning type product fixes the bearing through the retaining ring and has an automatic self-aligning function (adaptable to shaft center deviation ≤3 degrees), with low frictional heat generation and convenient maintenance. However, most of the existing products are made by spherical casting technology, which has problems such as low processing accuracy and poor surface density. This can easily lead to increased friction and frequent maintenance in high-speed scenarios. Mounted bearings have typical applications in the winding and unwinding mechanisms of film laminating machines, labeling machines, slitting machines, etc., as well as in the transmission mechanisms of battery cell peeling machines
